We now offers DC Plastics replica plastic body parts for all years of the BW200. These HDPE thermoformed plastics are molded off of original Yamaha plastics and are good-quality reproductions. However, please be aware that they are not exactly like the original Yamaha parts. Some of these parts may require holes be drilled or included zip ties be used to fasten to your frame, ESPECIALLY the headlight cover. The front fender does NOT have the rear vent rectangles cut out, and will have to be done by the buyer. Also, our aftermarket fenders have a satin finish, not the super glossy finish that the factory parts had. These plastics have been made by DC Plastics for years and work very well. Reproduction tanks are available on eBay from another supplier (not us or DC Plastics). There have also been reports of an aftermarket IT200 fuel tank working on a BW200, with the seat decently matching up to it.
